Accessibility Statement
Last updated: March 28, 2026
1. Our commitment
ScoutSocial is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
2. Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
3. What we do
Measures we take include:
- Using semantic HTML throughout the application
- Providing keyboard navigation support
- Ensuring sufficient colour contrast ratios
- Supporting screen readers with ARIA labels
- Providing text alternatives for images and icons
- Designing responsive layouts that work across devices and zoom levels
- Testing with accessibility evaluation tools
4. Known limitations
As a complex web application with interactive features (drag-and-drop calendar, real-time pipeline visualization, rich text editing), some features may have accessibility limitations. We are actively working to improve these areas.
Specific limitations:
- Some third-party components (Clerk authentication, embedded social previews) have their own accessibility characteristics
- Real-time streaming content during AI generation may not be fully accessible to screen readers
- Complex data visualizations in analytics may not have complete text alternatives
5. Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of ScoutSocial. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us:
Email: info@scoutsocial.ai
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
6. Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact your local equality body or accessibility enforcement authority.
