Beta Programme Privacy Supplement

Last updated: June 18, 2026

This Supplement applies only to participants in the ScoutSocial beta programme, and only for the duration of that programme. It supplements our Privacy Policy — where this Supplement is silent, the Privacy Policy applies; where they differ in respect of beta-programme data, this Supplement governs. It will be withdrawn when the beta programme ends.

1. Who we are and what this covers

The ScoutSocial beta programme is operated by Aigentifyable LLC (“ScoutSocial”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia. For the personal data we collect to run and administer the beta programme — sign-up details, the information you give us to help us understand beta participants, your feedback, and our communications with you — Aigentifyable acts as the controller. (This is separate from our role as processor of Customer data within the product itself, which is governed by the Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement.)

This Supplement explains the additional data we collect during the beta, the additional third-party services we use only for the beta, the legal bases we rely on, how your data is transferred and retained, and your rights.

2. Eligibility

The beta programme is open to adults aged 18 or over. It is free of charge; no payment is taken and no billing data is collected during the beta.

3. Information we collect for the beta

When you apply for and take part in the beta, we collect:

  • Sign-up and profile information — for example your name, email address, and the information you provide to help us understand beta participants: your intended use of ScoutSocial, the social platforms you are active on, your approximate number of followers, your expectations, and similar context.
  • Feedback — bug reports, feature requests and other feedback you choose to submit, together with the contact email you provide so we can follow up.
  • Optional community participation — if you choose to join our beta Discord server (see § 4), any information you share there.

Please provide only the information requested, and do not submit special-category data (for example data revealing health, political opinions, religion, or sexual orientation) or other sensitive personal information through the beta forms, feedback or community channel.

4. Third-party services used for the beta

We use the following services only for the beta programme. The first five act as our processors (they process beta data on our instructions, under a data-processing agreement). Discord is different — see the note below.

About Discord. Joining our beta Discord server is entirely voluntary and opt-in. Discord is operated by Discord, Inc., which acts as an independent controller of the information you provide there under Discord's own Privacy Policy and Terms — not as our processor. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the server. You can leave the server at any time.

5. How we use beta data and our legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

For participants in the EEA and the UK, we rely on the following lawful bases:

  • Administering your participation in the beta (processing your sign-up, giving you access, sending operational beta emails) — performance of, or steps prior to, a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), and/or our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) in running the programme.
  • Understanding our beta participants and improving the product (analysing the profile information and feedback you provide) — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) in evaluating and improving ScoutSocial. We use aggregated or anonymised data wherever possible.
  • Optional Discord community — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given by choosing to join; you can withdraw it at any time by leaving the server.

Beta emails are operational only. During the beta we use MailerLite to send programme-related messages (onboarding, important updates, changes, and requests for feedback). We do not send promotional/marketing email as part of the beta. Every email identifies us as sender and includes a way to opt out of non-essential beta messages.

Use of feedback. We may use the feedback you submit (including via Tally and Linear) to operate the beta, diagnose issues, and improve and develop ScoutSocial, including after the beta in anonymised form (see § 7).

6. International data transfers

Tally and MailerLite are located in the EU, so beta data handled by them stays within the EEA. Airtable, Zapier, Linear and (if you opt in) Discord are located in the United States. Where your personal data is transferred to these US providers, we put in place an appropriate transfer safeguard — the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, for UK personal data, the UK Addendum / International Data Transfer Agreement — together with the providers' technical and organisational measures. You can request more information about these safeguards using the contact in § 9.

7. Retention

We keep beta-management data only for as long as it is needed to run the beta programme. After the programme ends, we delete beta-management data held in these services when it is no longer needed — promptly, and within a reasonable period that reflects each service provider's standard retention and deletion settings. We may retain de-identified insights and feedback — information from which identifiers such as your name, email and social handles have been removed so that it no longer identifies you — to inform and improve the product. This Supplement is withdrawn once the beta concludes.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data — including to access, correct, delete, object to or restrict our processing, to withdraw consent (for example, by leaving the Discord server), and to data portability. EEA/UK participants may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. Because ScoutSocial does not sell or share personal information, there is no “do not sell or share” option to exercise. To make a request, contact us as set out below.

9. Contact

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights in relation to the beta programme, contact privacy@scoutsocial.ai. General beta questions can also be raised through the beta channels (e.g. the Discord server, if you have joined).
