Refund Policy

Last updated: May 13, 2026

1. Overview

ScoutSocial, operated by Aigentifyable LLC (“ScoutSocial”, “we”, “us”), provides an AI-powered social media management platform on a subscription basis.

Payments for ScoutSocial subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates (“Paddle”), which act as the merchant of record for all ScoutSocial transactions. Refunds for ScoutSocial subscriptions are issued by Paddle in accordance with this policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms.

2. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal payment. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Refunds may be granted for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service
  • The service not being as described or fit for purpose
  • Statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer law in your country

3. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and use your purchase receipt to locate the transaction
  • Click the “Request a refund” link in the receipt email you received from Paddle
  • Or contact us at info@scoutsocial.ai and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 14 days, subject to your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal (linked from your account billing settings) or by contacting us at info@scoutsocial.ai. Cancellation stops future renewal payments and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not initiate a refund — please see Section 2 for refund eligibility.

5. Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, no payment card is required to start. We only request payment details if you choose to continue with a paid subscription at the end of the trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

6. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory legal rights under applicable consumer protection law in your country. Statutory withdrawal windows vary by jurisdiction:

  • European Union, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, Israel: 14-day statutory withdrawal right for digital services
  • South Korea, Brazil, Canada, China: 7-day cancellation right after delivery
  • Singapore: 5-day cancellation window after delivery or first access

See Paddle's Buyer Terms for full jurisdiction-specific details.

7. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after you successfully cancelled, or a charge you did not authorize — contact us at info@scoutsocial.ai or request a refund directly through Paddle at paddle.net.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
