1. Acceptance of Terms
ScoutSocial is operated by Aigentifyable LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia (“ScoutSocial”, “Aigentifyable”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using ScoutSocial, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “You” refers to the individual and the organization you represent.
2. Description of Service
ScoutSocial is an AI-powered social media management platform that provides:
- Content creation and AI-assisted generation
- Scheduling and publishing across social platforms
- Analytics, insights, and performance tracking
- Team collaboration and approval workflows
- Social listening and competitor analysis
3. Accounts and Workspaces
You must provide accurate information. Each organization workspace is isolated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 18 or older to use ScoutSocial.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Violate any connected social platform's terms of service, community standards, or developer/API policies (including automation, data use, and content rules)
- Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
- Use automated scripts to access the platform outside of provided APIs
- Publish content that is defamatory, infringing, or harmful
- Exceed rate limits or abuse system resources
5. Content and Intellectual Property
- Your content: you retain all rights to content you create or upload
- AI-generated content: content generated by our AI tools is provided to you under license for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publishing.
- Platform IP: ScoutSocial, its design, features, and technology are our property
- Feedback: any feedback you provide may be used to improve the service
6. AI-Generated Content
- AI features may use OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google (Gemini)
- AI output may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before publishing
- We do not guarantee AI-generated content is free from errors or bias
7. Third-Party Integrations
ScoutSocial connects with third-party social platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or policy changes.
YouTube API Services. ScoutSocial uses YouTube API Services to publish, manage, and analyze content on YouTube channels you connect. By using ScoutSocial's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You may revoke ScoutSocial's access to your Google account at any time via Google's security settings. 8. Billing and Subscriptions
- Billing is managed through Paddle, our merchant of record
- Subscription plans and pricing are described on our website
- You may change or cancel your plan at any time
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy
9. Privacy
Your use of ScoutSocial is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to data practices described therein.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoutSocial shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ScoutSocial against claims arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Content you publish
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any third party's rights
12. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the State of Delaware.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
